When you consent and submit an enquiry, we store your name, email, phone and requirements on this website’s server so our team can review and follow up the request.
Chat and AI processing
The website assistant stores your chat history with the enquiry. When AI is enabled, your messages and relevant published website content are sent to OpenAI to generate replies. Contact form fields are not automatically sent to the AI provider. Avoid sharing passwords, payment details, identity documents or sensitive personal information in chat. Provider processing is subject to its own data policies.
Page context after consent
After you opt in, the site records the paths, titles and timestamps of pages you visit on this domain and links them to your enquiry. Query strings and URL fragments are not recorded. We use this context to understand your interests. We do not capture browsing on other websites, keystrokes or advertising profiles.
Cookies and your choice
An essential session cookie supports the chat and its security. A local preference remembers your consent. Open the chat and choose “Delete my data & stop tracking” to remove its contact details, conversation and recorded page visits.
